After building houses, factories and bridges in the sandbox, I made my way to MIT where I graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. I later earned a law degree (JD Cum Laude Deans List), focused on business and property.  

I have worked on real estate about my whole career, designing, renovating, building, managing thousands of units, buying, selling and teaching about property. 

Projects ranged in size from tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars through billions of dollars.

 Real estate creates a stable basis for any business, both in terms of location, security for future planning, and providing stable employment for the excellent and skilled workforce in Singapore.
