About Singapore Industrial Spaces
Singapore Industrial Spaces helps international businesses find the right commercial and industrial property in Singapore — whether you need a regional headquarters, a manufacturing facility, a logistics hub, or an office to anchor your Asia-Pacific operations.
Why Singapore
Singapore consistently ranks among the world’s easiest places to do business. The rule of law is strong, the workforce is highly educated and multilingual, intellectual property protections are robust, and the tax regime is competitive. For companies expanding into Southeast Asia, Singapore offers a stable, transparent base from which to serve a regional market of over 680 million people.
The city-state sits at the crossroads of global shipping and air routes. Changi Airport connects to more than 400 cities worldwide. The Port of Singapore is among the busiest container ports on the planet. For manufacturers and logistics operators, this connectivity translates directly into shorter lead times and lower distribution costs across ASEAN and beyond.
What We Do
We work with companies at every stage of their Singapore property journey:
- Factory and manufacturing space — from light industrial units in Jurong to heavy industrial facilities in Tuas, including cleanroom and high-spec production environments
- Warehousing and logistics — ambient, cold-chain, and bonded warehouse facilities near port and airport infrastructure
- Business parks and high-tech space — R&D facilities, data centres, and flex-tech buildings in one-north, Changi Business Park, and other established clusters
- Office and regional headquarters — CBD offices, business park offices, and co-working arrangements for companies establishing their Asia-Pacific presence
- Shophouses and mixed-use — heritage commercial properties in the city core for firms wanting a distinctive Singapore address
We handle the full cycle: identifying properties that match your operational requirements, negotiating lease or purchase terms, coordinating with JTC and other government agencies where approvals are needed, and helping you settle into operations.
About David Hoicka
I am David Hoicka, a licensed commercial real estate agent in Singapore. I hold a Civil Engineering degree from MIT and a law degree focused on business and property law.
I have spent most of my career in real estate — designing, building, renovating, managing, buying, and selling commercial properties. Projects have ranged from small-scale fit-outs to billion-dollar developments across multiple countries. I bring that breadth of experience to every client engagement in Singapore.
I am also an accredited mediator and a published author on dispute resolution and commercial topics. This background in negotiation and structured problem-solving is directly relevant to commercial property transactions, where aligning the interests of landlords, tenants, regulators, and investors often determines the outcome.
